How we help.

Podiatrists are health professionals who deal with the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of medical and surgical conditions of the feet and lower limbs. Management of these conditions include a broad range of treatment options. Some of these include diabetic foot assessments and care plans, footwear advice, nail surgery, taping injuries, mobilisation and orthotic therapy. Where necessary we can refer the patient for medical imaging to further examine the foot and leg.

At Donnybrook Podiatry we provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment for diabetes related foot complications. Regular review by a podiatrist can also help prevent complications. Diabetes related foot complications can deteriorate very quickly, can be difficult to treat and may lead to major complications. It is important to seek prompt medical or podiatry advice if you notice any foot problems.
